I have been on a skincare journey this year, trying to find a combination for my nearly-forty-super-sensitive-prone-to-redness-and-irritation skin that somehow makes me look like a twenty year old beauty influencer and also like I’ve just come from a facial. Of all the products I’ve found, there are two products I look forward to using every single day. This glowy sunscreen gives me life in the mornings I use it in place of foundation most days (also, prior to this, I was not a sunscreen-every-day type of girl). And for the evening, this facial oil smells amazing, feels luxurious, doesn’t irritate my skin or break me out, and the bottle is gigantic and will last me pretty much forever! To be honest, I’m often disappointed by the inexpensive wines I impulse purchase from Trader Joe’s, but have y’all tried this under $7 bottle of sparkles?! I could drink this by the pool, I could drink this with brunch, I could mix this into a spritz—I ran back to stock up so I could have this in my fridge at all times for the spring and summer. If you have a child who seems to be unimpressed by any and all food that doesn’t come with a wrapper and can be stored in the panty/freezer for an indefinite amount of time, and oh yeah, won’t eat the crusts of sandwiches if you leave them on, but also pretends there is still a crust on sandwiches of which the crusts have been cut off, therefore eating less actual food, I am right there with you. I am decidedly not a Pinterest mom (though I so admire those who are!), but I did recently purchase this little tool to see if this would make any difference, and lo and behold, she’s been finishing her sandwiches in their entirety and I feel like a rockstar.
